Swirl Red Velvet Snack Cake – Red Velvet Cake Mix, eggs, (beaten), butter ( soften), Canola Oil, buttermilk, Pre-heat oven 350°
-In a large bowl combine all ingredients until fluffy. Pour into a greased and floured 9×13 pan. Set aside.
-In microwave melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips for 2 minutes and pour evenly over cake batter. Swirl chocolate with a knife in the batter.
-Bake for 25-30 minutes until firm. Let cool and serve.
