PUMPKIN LAYER CAKE – *Preheat oven to 350 degrees

– PUMPKIN LAYER CAKE: Spice Cake Batter Mix, eggs ((room temp.)), butter ((softened)), milk ((room temp.)),

-BUTTER CREAM FROSTING: confectioner sugar, butter ((softened)), milk,

-PUMPKIN LAYER CAKE: Combine all ingredients and beat on Medium speed for 3 minutes.; Stir in and mix well: 1 10oz can mashed pumpkin Pour batter in 3 greased and floured 9 inch layer pans and bake for 25 minutes until golden done. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from baking pan.

-BUTTER CREAM FROSTING: Beat all ingredients well until fluffy.

-TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS: Spread ΒΌ cup of raw pumpkin seeds around shallow baking pan and bake on 350 for 2-3 minutes. Remove and let cool. Dust with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and sprinkle on top of iced cake.
