PEPPERMINT PATTIE BUNDT CAKE

Preheat oven to 350º

Chocolate Cake Batter Mix, eggs ((room temp.)), butter ((softened)), chocolate milk ( (room temp.)), Peppermint Extract,

  • Combine all ingredients and beat on medium speed for 3 minutes until well blended.
  • Pour batter in greased and floured 12 inch Bundt pan. Bake for one hour until done.
  • Let cool for 20 minutes and remove from baking pan.
  • Drizzled Icing: Mix: 1 cup unsweetened chocolate, melted ½ tsp peppermint extract Drizzle over cooled cake.
