OATMEAL-RAISIN POUND CAKE – Preheat oven to 350º – Spice Cake Batter Mix, eggs ( (room temp.)), butter ( (softened)), milk ((room temp.)), brown sugar, Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 3 minutes.; Stir in: 1½ cups quick oats.

-1 cup raisins chopped Pour batter in a greased and floured 12 inch Tube pan and bake for one hour until golden.

-Let cool for 20 minutes and remove from baking pan.; Drizzled Icing: In a small bowl stir ½ cup confectionary sugar with 2 tablespoons milk until smooth and creamy.; Drizzle over cooled cake.
