GINGER SPICE POUND CAKE – Preheat oven to 350º
– Chocolate Cake Batter Mix, eggs ((room temp.)), butter ((softened)), chocolate milk ( (room temp.)), molasses, Ginger, Combine all ingredients and beat on medium speed for 3 minutes until well blended.
-Pour batter in greased and floured 12 inch tube pan. Bake for one hour until done.Let cool for 20 minutes and remove from baking pan.; When cooled completely use a small strainer dust top of cake with confectionary Sugar.
