GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE: Combine all ingredients and beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.Pour batter in 3 greased and floured 9 inch baking pans.Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 20 minutes and remove from baking pan.
