COFFEE CAKE – Preheat oven to 350º
-In a bowl combine ½ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1 cup chopped pecans. (Set aside)

– Original Cake Batter Mix, eggs ((room temp.)), butter ((softened)), milk ((room temp.)), Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 3 minutes.

-Pour ½ the cake batter in greased and floured 10 in Bundt pan, then sprinkle pecan mixture evenly and add remaining batter. Bake for about one hour until golden brown.; Let cool for 20 minutes and remove from baking pan.
