CHOCOLATE ICING: confectionary sugar, butter (softened), unsweetened Cocoa, chocolate milk .
CHOCOLATE LOVER’S LAYER CAKE: Combine all ingredients and beat on medium speed for 3 minutes until well blended. Pour batter in 3 greased and floured 9 inch baking Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown or test with toothpick in center. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove from baking.
CHOCOLATE ICING: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl on medium speed until fluffy.
