CHOCOLATE COFFEE CAKE – Preheat oven to 350º
In a bowl combine ½ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 cup chopped pecans. (Set aside).

– Chocolate Cake Batter Mix, eggs ((room temp.)), butter ((softened)), cup chocolate milk ((room temp.) ), Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 3 minutes until all ingredients are well blended.
-Pour ½ the cake batter in greased and floured 12 inch Bundt pan, then sprinkle pecan mixture evenly and add remaining batter. Bake for one hour until done.; Let cool for 20 minutes and remove from baking pan.
